The new products and cruise programs for 2025 of Royal Caribbean International were presented on Thursday, March 6th at the Fortress of Larissa. The presentation was made by the travel agency Efilial Travel and the exclusive representative of Royal Caribbean International in Greece and Bulgaria, Navigator Travel.
Royal Caribbean International, one of the leading groups in the cruise industry, chooses Greece as a homeport, specifically the cruise ship Brilliance of The Seas, which this summer will be departing from the port of Piraeus. In the summer of 2025, Brilliance of the Seas of Royal Caribbean International will offer weekly departures from and to Piraeus, from May 23rd to August 8th, and will conduct 7-night cruises to Greek ports such as Mykonos, Santorini, Rhodes, and also ports in Turkey and Cyprus, such as Ephesus (Turkey), Bodrum (Turkey), Istanbul (Turkey), and Limassol (Cyprus). Brilliance of the Seas belongs to the Radiance class, has a gross tonnage of 90,090 tons, 13 decks, and a length of 293 meters. It can accommodate 2,142 passengers in double cabins with comfort and luxury.
In the summer of 2025, Royal Caribbean International continues to invest in Greece with the cruise ship Voyager of the Seas, which will be in the Mediterranean and will offer cruises in the Western Mediterranean and the Adriatic Sea, visiting the most beautiful and popular ports of Italy. Some of these routes will start or end in Piraeus, while others will start from Ravenna, Italy. Voyager of the Seas belongs to the Voyager class, has a gross tonnage of 137,276 tons, 15 decks, and a length of 311 meters. It can accommodate 3,600 passengers in double cabins with comfort and luxury.
In the Western Mediterranean, Allure of the Seas will also be present, which will be renovated and will include all those features that make the ships of Royal Caribbean International impressive and innovative. Visitors can enjoy exciting new activities such as Ultimate Abyss and The Perfect Storm, relax on the redesigned resort-style pool deck, and choose from top culinary experiences. All these are combined with endless adventures and visits to the most popular destinations in the Mediterranean. Allure of the Seas will depart from Barcelona or Civitavecchia and will make 7-night cruises to France, Italy, and Spain.
Outside of Greece, in the summer of 2025, the Icon of the Seas, one of the largest and most technologically advanced cruise ships in the world which celebrates one year of operation, will be in the Caribbean and will conduct 7-night weekly cruises in the Western and Eastern Caribbean, departing from Miami. The Icon of the Seas has a gross tonnage of 250,800 tons, a length of 365 meters, features 18 decks, and can host up to 7,514 passengers.

The Legend of the Seas is expected to significantly boost the company's sales, offering the world's top family vacations starting July 2026. February 2025 – Royal Caribbean opens a new chapter in top family vacations with the unveiling of Legend of the Seas, the third ship in the revolutionary Icon Class. The unmatched combination of experiences that characterizes this innovative category will make its grand debut in the Caribbean in November 2026, in getaways to the Western and Southern Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after previously conducting summer journeys in Europe in the summer of 2026.
The Legend of the Seas is currently being built in Turku, Finland, and represents the next chapter in the world's top family vacations. This third ship of the Icon Class will bring even more unique experiences that were introduced with the Icon of the Seas and repeated with the Star of the Seas, which will make its debut at Port Canaveral (Orlando) in Florida in August 2025. Travelers can look forward to innovations such as the Crown’s Edge – a combination of aerial walk, rope course, and adventure, as well as the largest water park at sea, Category 6. Those seeking tranquility can relax in one of the seven pools on the ship, including the largest pool at sea, Royal Bay, the Swim & Tonic with a bar in the water, and the Hideaway featuring a unique Infinity pool, over the sea, with exclusive access for adults. Families can enjoy Surfside, the neighborhood designed for young children, and the Ultimate Family Townhouse, a three-story residence with redesigned spaces for the entire family. The Legend of the Seas will also be the fourth ship of the company to operate on liquefied natural gas (LNG) and will feature advanced environmental programs, such as waste heat recovery systems and shore power connection, contributing to the Royal Caribbean Group's goal to present a zero-emission cruise ship by 2035.
