Brest, France

Brest is a centre of commerce, combining the cobbled streets and fortifications of the old port with all the attractions and facilities of the modern city.

Brest is a city in northwestern France. Located in a sheltered position,the city is an important harbour and the second French military port. Due to heavy bombing during World War II, the city of Brest does not have much remaining historical architecture, apart from a few select monuments such as the castle and the Tanguy tower. However, this is a nice place which takes us to the Navel history while visiting the marine museum. Also, a few kilometres out of town, there are more impressive landscapes, from sandy beaches to grottos to tall granite cliffs. In this place you can enjoy sunbathing, windsurfing, yachting and fishing. Finally, visiting Oceanapolis is highly recommended as you get in touch with penguins, sharks, tropical forests.

Honfleur

Honfleur t is located on the southern bank of the estuary of the Seine across from le Havre and very close to the exit of the Pont de Normandie. It is especially known for its old, beautiful picturesque port, characterized by its houses with slate-covered frontages, painted many times by artists, including in particular Gustave Courbet, Eugène Boudin, Claude Monet and Johan Jongkind, forming the école de Honfleur (Honfleur school) which contributed to the appearance of the Impressionist movement. The Sainte-Catherine church, which has a bell tower separate from the principal building, is the largest church made out of wood in France.

Portsmouth, London

Portsmouth is a city and seaport in the county of Hampshire in southern England, United Kingdom. It is located 103 km southwest of London and 31 km southwest of Southampton. It is the most populous city in England with more than 5,000 inhabitants per km². The Spinnaker Tower is a striking recent addition to the city's skyline.

Rouen, France

Rouen is located in northwestern France on the Seine River and is the regional capital of Upper Normandy. The medieval city center is filled with tall spiers and half-timbered houses.
